COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROGRAM
If Material Supply Warehouse was listed in my insurance estimate, is it manadatory that I use the program to purchase my building materials?
Whether you are a contractor or a homeowner, this program is not mandatory. The fair market pricing that has been applied to your claim, once verified, will be guaranteed by Material Supply Warehouse (MSW).
If I chose to use the program, how are the supplies purchased?
Once you contact us with your order details and we receive your payment, we’ll facilitate delivery to the provided address through a local supplier. Deliveries arrive Monday through Friday.
Do I receive the Manufacturer's Warranty?
Yes, the program does not affect the Manufacturer's Warranty.
What type of payment options do you have?
We accept Check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal and BitPay.
Where will the supplies be delivered to?
The supplies will be delivered to the driveway, or if desired, to the rooftop, if rooftop deliveries are available in your local area and the property is accessible to rooftop delivery.
What happens if there is an error with the order?
We will take care of correcting the order and there will be no additional charges or a restocking fee.
